Documents Managements

It was argued that the short response time and accuracy of information are essential in today's market "high-speed". To meet these requirements Ticinoplast has planned and implemented a project of "digitalization" of the documents exchanged with customers. The most important documents that are currently managed in electronic format are:

Sale data sheet (SDS): the document provides the minimum requirements to define the provision of a film produced by Ticinoplast Srl and is useful e.g. in phase of sampling of the product. SDS must then be followed by the definition of a contract of sale.

Product Data Sheet (TDS): a document that gives the values of the technical requirements of the product for a specific product manufactured by Ticinoplast Ltd. The data of the TDS can be used for example in the design phase of a package to a customer Ticinoplast Srl but NOT as requirements for a supply order.

Declarations of Conformity (FCC & MSDS): mandatory statements which must be issued by Ticinoplast before the delivery of a product. They are then updated on an automated basis or every 12 months since the previous submission of documents or in the case of modification of the text of the statement, for example to change some of the rules of law. Ticinoplast Srl maintains to support its statements is the similar statements of its suppliers is the result of the experimental tests carried out at qualified laboratories thirds of families of similar products.

Other statements (REACH, Farmacopea, assenza di…): the quality system of Ticinoplast Srl operates a number of other documents that may be classified as "non – mandatory" documents issued by or on Ticinoplast request of customers. Ticinoplast Srl to support their statements retains the similar statements of its suppliers.

Customer price lists & customer orders (LS & OC): the customers price lists are managed by the commercial management of Ticinoplast and are sent to email addresses and / or fax specified by the customer. The preparation of these lists closely follows the trend of the raw materials used by Ticinoplast and is modified based mostly on a monthly basis to offer customers best possible prices. All customer purchase orders are entered by the customer service of Ticinoplast and immediately scheduled into production to confirm the date of delivery to the customer: the order confirmation is sent to email addresses and / or fax specified by the customer.

Packing Lists & quality certificates (PL & CQ): as outlined in the quality control section of this site, are prepared in front of each item belonging to customer's order and the subsequent production order. The quality measurements are performed on each roll of film PE and archived for roll number. From the composition of the packing list depends the certificate of quality for all and only the reels shipped to the customer.
